Uploads are allowed, and manual camera captures stay available if live verification is unavailable. Uploaded photos may still need admin review before insurance checkout unlocks.
JPEG, PNG, and WebP uploads are supported up to 8 MB.
If your device supports it, we may ask for a quick live motion check when you use the camera. Uploading a photo from this device also works. This is not facial recognition or identity matching.
We use rate limiting and abuse protection on account creation. If a challenge appears, complete it and submit again.
